Award Synopsis The Queen’s Commonwealth Essay Competition is international writing competition for students in the schools of commonwealth nations.

I received the Gold Award in Senior Category (14 years to 18 years age group) for my creative essay writing on the assigned topic -“Imagine you are the Head of a Commonwealth nation heavily affected by COVID-19 and giving a national address at the end of the pandemic. What would you say to your community?”

About Competition Write for Kindness is a national creative-writing competition organized by the Singapore Kindness Movement (SKM), with the Singapore Book Council as program partner. It is a platform for secondary school, junior college, centralized institute, madrasah, special education and international school students to promote kindness to the younger audience by creating age-appropriate and culturally relevant children’s stories, through short stories, poetry, illustrations and songs..
